Nazarene Youth Conference 2026

Nazarene Youth Conference (NYC) is a powerful youth event, hosted by the Church of the Nazarene, which has been held in different locations for six decades. NYC typically takes place every 4 years. NYC provides an opportunity for high school students from the USA and Canada (students with high school graduation year 2026-2030) to be united for worship, discipleship, community outreach, and tons of fun.

Rocky Mountain District Information

Registration for NYC 2026 is handled by each district. This is the registration for Rocky Mountain District and contains information specific to the Rocky Mountain District.

Rocky Mountain District Trip Dates: June 30-July 8, 2026

Rocky Mountain District Student Cost: $2300
Rocky Mountain District Sponsor Cost: $2300
This includes the NYC 2026 program fee ($500 USD until October 15, 2025; $575 USD until January 15, 2026).

Current Rocky Mountain District Trip Information:
We plan to bus to Salt Lake City, leaving from two locations (Bozeman & Casper) on June 30th. We will pick people up on the way. After the main conference, we plan to fly to San Diego for a couple of days of additional fellowship, discipleship, and fun. We will return to Wyoming and Montana on July 8th.

Rocky Mountain Payment Information:

There are THREE options to submit payments:

1. The preferred Payment Method is a direct funds transfer via Zelle. Scan this code using the Zelle payment feature in your bank or credit union's app, or search for the email address above the QR code in the Zelle feature of your banking app:

2. If you are unable to submit payments via Zelle, checks made payable to RMD NYI can be sent to Pastor A. Lucas Finch, 4413 E. 8th St., Cheyenne, WY 82001.

3. Finally, if you would like to pay by credit or debit card but are unable to use Zelle, we can send you an invoice for the amount you want to play plus a processing fee.

Rocky Mountain Recommended Payment Schedule:

You are always welcome to pay ahead and above the suggested amount, but here is a suggested schedule to help you make regular payments toward the $2,300 due. Please note that there are four "Hard Dates" in which we must have certain minimum payments submitted no later then.

Septmber 15th: $250
October 15th: $250

HARD PAYMENT ALERT: A minimum of $500 total MUST be paid by October 15th for the "Early Registration" price. (Late Registration requires an additional $50 beyond the $2,300 cost.)

November 15th: $250
December 15th: $250
January 15th: $250

HARD PAYMENT ALERT: The last day to register for NYC 2026 is January 15th. A minimum of $550 total MUST be paid by this date. (If you paid the original $500 by October 15th, this does not apply to you.)

February 15th: $250
March 15th: $250

HARD PAYMENT ALERT: A minimum of $1,000 (or $1,050 for Late Registrations) must be paid by March 15th. This is an additional $500 from the previous Hard Payment of $500 (or $550 for Late Registrations).

April 15th: $250
May 15th: $250
May 30th: $50

HARD PAYMENT ALERT: The full $2,300 must be paid by May 30th.

USA/Canada NYI provides insurance for registrants to include Trip Cancellation, Trip Deviation, Accidental Death and Medical Coverage. Policy limits and exclusions available at a later date.

By registering for or participating in this Nazarene Youth Conference (NYC) event (“Event”), you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to these Terms. The Terms may be modified at any time by posting a revised version on the NYC website or by providing other notice to you.

By participating in the Event, you agree to the latest version of these Terms. 

Registration Terms and Conditions
 

1.       Registration. To register for the Event, you must complete the Event registration process and pay all required registration fees prior to any deadlines described on the registration page for the Event.

2.       Payment. Payment must be made through your sponsoring District prior to published registration deadlines as communicated by your sponsoring District.  NYC reserves the right to cancel your registration without notice for failure to pay in accordance with these Terms. NYC is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from such cancellation.

3.       Cancellation. All NYC program fee payments are non-refundable.  However, in the event you are unable to attend, you may request for your sponsoring District to transfer your registration to a new, previously unregistered participant.  Your sponsoring District will facilitate this process on your behalf. Transfers may be facilitated through May 15, 2026.

4.       Code of Conduct. You agree to behave in such a way as to create a safe, supportive learning environment while at the Event and any related events. You agree not to engage in disruptive speech or behavior or otherwise interfere with the Event or other individual’s participation in the Event. You will comply with all applicable laws and agree not to engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory or threatening speech or behavior, including relating to race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability. NYC may require participants engaging or threatening to engage in such behavior to leave the Event or related event immediately and such participants will not be eligible to receive a refund of any fees paid to NYC related to the Event. If you witness such behavior, please promptly contact an NYC staff member so direct action can be taken.
