Nazarene Youth Conference 2026

Nazarene Youth Conference (NYC) is a powerful youth event, hosted by the Church of the Nazarene, which has been held in different locations for six decades. NYC typically takes place every 4 years. NYC provides an opportunity for high school students from the USA and Canada (students with high school graduation year 2026-2030) to be united for worship, discipleship, community outreach, and tons of fun.

Eastern Michigan District (EMD) Information:

EMD Trip Dates: June 30 to July 7, 2026

EMD Student Cost: $1,300 + Transportation Cost
EMD Sponsor Cost: $1,300 + Transportation Cost

This includes the NYC 2026 program fee ($500 USD until October 15, 2025; $575 USD until January 15, 2026). *** The cost will increase from above price by $75 if registering after October 15, 2025.

Transportation cost will be decided in late October or early November 2025.

Eastern Michigan District Trip Information:
All churches with provide their own transportation to and from the Detroit Metro Airport. We will leave on June 30 and fly to Salt Lake City. While in Salt Lake we will provide all food and housing. We start on Wednesday, July 1 with our field event, joining with other districts from Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin.

Then on July 2-6 the conference kicks off at the Salt Palace Convention Center with worship and some amazing speakers.

Following the conference as a district we will head down to Zion National Park to wonder and enjoy the beauty of God's creation. We will fly out of Las Vegas back to Detroit on July 7, 2026.

As always, dates and times are subject to change. Our Hotel will be announced in March 2026.

USA/Canada NYI provides insurance for registrants to include Trip Cancellation, Trip Deviation, Accidental Death and Medical Coverage. Policy limits and exclusions available at a later date.

By registering for or participating in this Nazarene Youth Conference (NYC) event (“Event”), you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to these Terms. The Terms may be modified at any time by posting a revised version on the NYC website or by providing other notice to you. 

By registering for or participating in this Nazarene Youth Conference (NYC) event (“Event”), you confirm that both you (and the child you are signing on behalf of) have read, understand and agree to these Terms. The Terms may be modified at any time by posting a revised version on the NYC website or by providing other notice to you. By participating in the Event, you agree to the latest version of these Terms. 

Registration Terms and Conditions
 

1.       Registration. To register for the Event, you must complete the Event registration process and pay all required registration fees prior to any deadlines described on the registration page for the Event.

2.       Payment. Payment must be made through your sponsoring District prior to published registration deadlines as communicated by your sponsoring District.  NYC reserves the right to cancel your registration without notice for failure to pay in accordance with these Terms. NYC is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from such cancellation.

3.       Cancellation. All NYC program fee payments are non-refundable.  However, in the event you are unable to attend, you may request for your sponsoring District to transfer your registration to a new, previously unregistered participant.  Your sponsoring District will facilitate this process on your behalf. Transfers may be facilitated through May 15, 2026.

4.       Code of Conduct. You agree to behave in such a way as to create a safe, supportive learning environment while at the Event and any related events. You agree not to engage in disruptive speech or behavior or otherwise interfere with the Event or other individual’s participation in the Event. You will comply with all applicable laws and agree not to engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory or threatening speech or behavior, including relating to race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability. NYC may require participants engaging or threatening to engage in such behavior to leave the Event or related event immediately and such participants will not be eligible to receive a refund of any fees paid to NYC related to the Event. If you witness such behavior, please promptly contact an NYC staff member so direct action can be taken.
